The course helped trainees update strategies, trends and international experiences on smart cities, including Singapore’s “Smart Nation” model in implementing digital transformation tasks, IoT applications, digital government development and smart city projects, contributing to the goals set out in Politburo Resolution No. 57 and the vision of building Hai Phong into a modern, smart, sustainable Southeast Asian city by 2030.
This training course is a vivid demonstration of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and Singapore in general and of the close, trustworthy and effective cooperation between Hai Phong and Singapore in particular.
