Taking place for 3 days, from December 5-7, the fair attracted tens of thousands of people to look for jobs. The City Labor Federation coordinated with relevant departments and units to organize job exhibitions and consultancy with a variety of activities, providing opportunities to access the 16,000 job positions at business units in the city.

In addition, training sessions on skills to organize collective activities for union members and workers have been held. Here, 9 units and businesses including Vietnam Maritime University, Sao Do University, LG Electronics Vietnam Hai Phong Company, Regina Miracle International Vietnam Co., Ltd., and a number of other units introduced recruitment vacancies, welfare regimes, training programs, accompanying workers to improve their knowledge and professional skills, building high-quality human resources in the period of industrialization and modernization.
