Mr. Secretary of Hai Phong City Party Committee Le Tien Chau emphasized the significance of this initial task in preparing for the 17th Congress of Hai Phong Party Committee and moving towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Given the substantial workload, the Documents Sub-committee and its supporting groups must thoroughly understand the content and tasks to fulfill their responsibilities. Mr. Le Tien Chau urged members of the Documents Sub-committee to focus on discussion and provide feedback on several key issues: draft content of documents, and draft assignments for each member. This includes determining the Congress theme, action motto, and preliminary outline of the Political Report for the 17th Congress, which will be submitted to the Standing Party Committee for approval. During the working session, the Hai Phong Party Executive Committee also announced the decision to establish the Documents Sub-committee for the 17th Congress of the Hai Phong Party Committee. This sub-committee is led by Mr. Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Phong City Party Committee, and Head of Hai Phong City National Assembly Delegation.
