Mr. Le Khac Nam, Vice Chairman of Haiphong People's Committee, representatives of the Alliance of Arts and Literature Associations of Vietnam; Vietnam Musicians Association; and the Department of Performing Arts (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) attended the event.

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of Haiphong People's Committee Le Khac Nam expressed his hope that Haiphong City and its people will become a source of new creative inspiration, for authors to create new works. Hai Phong people will soon receive quality works about people and the city by musicians and artists on the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day - Red Flamboyant Festival 2025.

In 2024, the Organizing Committee received 241 submissions from 241 member writers of the Vietnam Musicians Association from all provinces and cities across the country. At the award ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded four A prizes to the works: "Light up Vietnam" by Lê Tự Minh from Ho Chi Minh City; "Hai Phong in My Heart" by Duy Thái (Hai Phong); "Intoxicating Dream" by Tran Quốc Đạt and the collected and researched book entitled "Nguyen Dinh Thi with Music" by Nguyễn Thị Minh Châu from Hanoi; 19 B prizes, 18 C prizes. The Organizing Committee also awarded 3 Golden Sol awards and 2 Silver Sol awards. The Vietnam’s Golden Sol Award was presented to Tung Duong as a Prominent Singer and saxophonist Trần Mạnh Tuấn as a Dedicated Artist, along with many other prestigious awards./.
