The plan aims to maximize the roles, values , and functions of the national-level architectural and artistic works of the Haiphong Opera Theater. Accordingly, the plan will help develop the people’s material and spiritual lives on a comprehensive level, creating a healthy cultural environment, promoting the potential and strengths of the land and people of Hai Phong City as well as favoring the animative creativity and activities of the city’s artists to meet the people’s needs for entertainment, contributing to affirming the position of the City Theater as a “cultural and touristic rendezvous” in line with international integration.
