Elephant Mountain Ecotourism Farm Area attracts of tourists

In a series of activities in response to the Elephant Mountain Festival in the Lunar New Year 2015 and practically welcome the great events of the city and the country in 2015, the Elephant Mountain Ecotourism Farm Area is constructed with many work items to welcome visitors., contributing to increase tourism sites and meet the demands of visitors during the festival days.

On the planning area of ​​5 hectares, the investor built a model of Vietnam’s traditional village with friendly environment materials as bamboo, cork, wood, etc. Since early 2014, the investor planted fruit trees on nearly 10,000 m2 of land. These include Dien grapefruit, mango, star apple, apple, longan, lychee ... to green the areas of ​​low and bare land along the Elephant Mountain (in the area of Tien Hoi hamlet, An Tien commune). At the same time, the investor kept 5,000 m2 paddy fields unchanged, renovated aquaculture ponds to raise rare fish species as hemibagrus, bagarius and Denti carp; conserved and successfully bred 9-spurs chicken, Dong Tao chicken, Mia chicken, Ri chicken. The eco-Farm area has also raised in pilot phase some animals as deer, wild boars, peacocks, pheasants, horses, wild geese in order to create new attractions for tourists and children.

Coming to the Elephant Mountain Eco-farm Area, visitors not only have the opportunity to enjoy special dishes but also experience and explore the models re-appearing familiar images of Vietnam’s rural life.
