In the second quarter this year, the city recorded one of the remarkable events in luring direct foreign investment: JD Property (Vietnam) Logistics Haiphong 1 – the second for-lease warehouse project of the investor JD Property in Vietnam, with the investment capital of USD 32 million, was officially commenced in Nam Dinh Vu industrial park, and slated to be finished in the third quarter 2024. The presence of JD Property in Haiphong gives a testament to the potentials for logistics development and hi-end technology in the port city.
