Hai Phong City Ranks 2nd In Public Administrative Reform Index

According to the latest rankings at the Conference to announce the Public Administrative Reform Index (PAR INDEX) and the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) in 2023, which took place on the morning of April 17, Hai Phong City ranked second nationwide in PAR index. This result was thanks to Hai Phong City’s great efforts in administrative reform and digital transformation over the past year.
