(Haiphong.gov.vn) - This morning, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People's Committee Le Khac Nam and leaders of functional departments and agencies went on an inspection of preparations for the Red Flamboyant Festival Hai Phong 2022.

Under the direction of Hai Phong Party Committee and People's Committee, the Department of Culture and Sports have coordinated with Ham Nghi Joint Stock Company (the event organizer) to set up a plan on stage facility installation, rehearsal, and performance for the artistic program "Hai Phong - successful destination ".  Up to now, the sound and light system for the "Hai Phong - successful destination" night at the festival have been completed.  Besides, 12 models bearing the symbols of typical works and results of the city have been completed. However, to best ensure the success of the artistic program, propaganda, security and order, traffic safety, health care, fire prevention and control, electricity need to be paid attention to. Vice Chairman Le Khac Nam assessed that the organization of the Red Flamboyant Festival - Hai Phong 2022 has basically been completed according to the assigned plan.  He requested further security and fire prevention in the central area and in the city;  Event organizers need to have a plan to ensure electrical safety in the stage area and have a plan to prevent rain and lightning, or other problems such as fire or explosion.  All units assigned the tasks of organizing the event, holding artistic programs;  ensuring food hygiene and safety, providing electricity for the night of "Hai Phong - successful destination" and serving delegates…need to be quickly completed the tasks.
