TD Lakeside Villa project starts

Thuy Duong Investment JSC (TD Group) recently organized a ground breaking ceremony for TD Lakeside Villa project. Chairman of Haiphong People’s Committee Duong AnhDien attended the ceremony.

The project will develop a group of villas by Phuong Luulakeon Section 2 of Le Hong Phong street which is the most active line of transport and economic development of the city. This is the first-ever and unique lakeside villa project in Haiphong. With total investment capital of more than VND 300 billion, the project will develop 10 isolated and 22 doublet villas on an area of 28,221 square metersfollowing international standards of construction and management.

According to Chairman of the Board of Management of TD Group Nguyen Van Luan, despite the current context of gloomy real estate market, TD Group determines to invest in this project because he is confident that the market will be rehabilitated and developed in the coming years. Also, he emphasizes the project’s pioneer role in creating a group of luxury residential quarters which are synchronized between architecture and landscape, and equipped with international standard comforts.
